Another studies shows that 30 employee left the organization because of better offer or salary and benefit factors and 70% employee left related with emotional and relationship factors either with their leader or supervisor. Most of the company focus too much on improving their salary and benefit structure in order to retain the employee and yet the turnover rate still very high. This particular program has been design to develop the EQ skills to leader so that they able to balance the task oriented and people oriented in producing high productivity in a work place.
