A 1 1/2 inhouse program Organized by MRS Management Sdnb Bhd Conducted at Damai Beach Resort, Kuching in conjunction with their Annual Dinner.

Researchers tell us that up to 80% of success on the job is due to our emotional intelligence or EQ and only up to 20% due to our IQ or technical know how. Another studies shows that 30 employee left the organization because of better offer or salary and benefit factors and 70% employee left related with emotional and relationship factors either with their leader or supervisor. Most of the company focus too much on improving their salary and benefit structure in order to retain the employee and yet the turnover rate still very high. This particular program has been design to develop the EQ skills to leader so that they able to balance the task oriented and people oriented in producing high productivity in a work place.


Course Objective
• Develop the ability to sense, understand and effectively apply emotions as a source of
motivation, information and influence
• Understand how EQ influences the way they respond to others and themselves
• Discover how to apply EQ in the workplace for enhancing teamwork and leadership
• Gain insights into why and how individuals get into conflicts and what can be done to
prevent and resolve conflicts effectively
• Acquire skills and knowledge to apply people skills in the workplace to enhance
Performance , productivity and develop good customer service
